I like SAP PLM for managing documents and change management, as it provides capabilities to manage business requirements and flexibility to handle all business processes easily. The recent Change record functionality in Fiori is a great initiative, providing more flexibility to manage change management. The document management system is also a great solution from SAP. The visualization of assemblies or parts in the change record or document management system can be improved. It could be better by bringing in a separate inbuilt functionality with Fiori similar to View Port. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
