What I like most about SAP Integrated Business Planning is that it brings planning, data, and decision-making together in one connected process. Supply chains are constantly changing, so having better visibility into demand, inventory, and supply allows businesses to make more informed decisions instead of reacting after problems occur.
From a sales perspective, I also like that the value is very tangible. It’s not just about implementing another technology—it’s about helping companies improve forecasting, reduce inefficiencies, and respond more effectively to changes in their business. That combination of complex technology, real business impact, and consultative selling is what makes SAP IBP particularly interesting to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One challenge I see with SAP Integrated Business Planning is that it can be complex to implement and adopt, particularly for organizations with complicated supply chains or teams that are used to working with different planning processes and systems. Getting the most value from the platform requires strong data, alignment across teams, and user adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
