Its very user friendly, has very good UI, and custom rules can be implemented very easily. We also use Sap fiori, logon pad 7.6 in our organization. Its way better than competition. In terms of service also Sap support is helpful. Also in terms of support they are absolutely awesome and there forum is also very interactive, you can get quick response i.e. without any hesitation this is one of the best product in the market, i would recommend this product. Nothing much in dislike terms, however i felt the speed of ui response could be improved and it tends to slow down as soon as i login to tha hana system it might be something that could be looked into that would help a lot. There are whole business erp on Sap, so its a very big project, we also manage sales fulfilment on sap for our products, that hana is helpful in scaling it and that we also automate rules using RPA. There are numerous domain that sap hana and other products are helping us in business and scaling. We also use sap concur for reporting, invoice, claims and other employees management task.
