What do you like best about SAP HANA Cloud?

The IMDB database from SAP is a game changer in the field of databases and changed the course of data management completely.

Column based storage which helps in compression

in memory computing increases the performance

Write optimized and read optimized which helps eliminate hardware bottlenecks

Can be used for application building using XS engine

What do you dislike about SAP HANA Cloud?

Since there are multiple certified hardware vendors having their own hardware limitations is restricting HANA to be utilized to its full potential.

Industry is not able to take full advantage of HANA since the applications are designed based on legacy DB architecture.

Troubleshooting and performance tuning are not straight forward or mature as Oracle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
