I like that SAP Fieldglass handles contingent labor, including SOWs, timesheets, payments, and contract management. I can map contingent labor, and suppliers can find and onboard external workers and manage their payment through the system. It handles the rates and complicated timesheets in SOWs, and we can manage external and independent contractors. Setup was easy, and we were able to set up SOWs and timesheets. I think SAP Fieldglass could be more agile and support multiple rates based on the locations of external workers. Remote working would really help, and support for AI agents in Fieldglass, similar to Agreement Paper, would make things easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
