What do you like best about SAP Field Service Management?

What I like most is the real-time visibility across all field operations. The AI-assisted dispatching board makes skill matching and technician allocation fast and accurate. Having live GPS tracking and status updates drastically reduces the need to manually check in with technicians throughout the day. What do you dislike about SAP Field Service Management?

The initial setup and workflow configuration can be quite complex and require technical expertise or dedicated consulting hours. The user interface on the administrative backend has a noticeable learning curve for non-technical users. Additionally, performance can occasionally lag when pulling large batches of historical data.
