The thing that stands out most about Emarsys is that it's very marketer-friendly and has a ton of power that can be harnessed by an individual or small team. Features like the pre-built tactics make it so easy to take action to influence your customers - and it's directly tied into your data and reporting, so you know you are being tactical and smart. Additionally, Emarsys is strong across all channels. Other platforms may be email-first and the other channels feel like watered-down add-ons. Every channel is strong and easy to use in Emarsys. Their reporting is strong in certain areas like customer lifecycle data, but it's lacking in others. For example, the reporting on contact registration is pretty basic. What problems is SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys) solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company is just now expanding into DTC and other channels (ex. app). With Emarsys, we've been able to unify our data sources to get a complete view of our customers, get valuable insights, and market through multiple channels.
