I find SAP Engagement Cloud to be a very user-friendly platform. I've noticed that even the automations section is much more user-friendly and easier to use and digest than some other platforms I've used. I think the layout of the nodes and the placement is very clean, clear, and easy to follow, which makes the experience smooth and efficient. It's not clunky or cumbersome, which helps take some time away from what could normally take longer, making the process cleaner and smoother. I'm still learning the platform as it's only my third week, but so far, I haven't encountered any major issues.
