With My experience, integrating SAP customer data solutions with existing systems and applications cab be complex. It requires IT expertise and dedicated resources. The most important benefit is that SAP customer data solutions helps me consolidate and integrate customer data from multiple departments, such as sales, marketing and customer service. We can know prepare our marketing campaigns, product recommendations and customer service interaction based on individual preferences, past history and consumer behaviour.
