What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

SAP CPQ made sure the campaign quoting process could be managed in a controlled and consistent way, with strict auditing. All the quotes are now set up following the rules and discount levels we've already agreed on. That let us tweak two campaigns before we lost the margin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The digital channel didn't make any pricing mistakes over two quarters. The rules interface has loads of info, but the document preview is really useful when I have to go back and forth with sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to store our quotes in spreadsheets that are out of date and don't keep a record of previous versions. There was no version history, customers didn't know which file they'd got, and I couldn't work out which pricing version they were on. Having hundreds of SKU combinations doesn't stop us from being productive. So, I was wondering if you could tell me which file a customer received and what version of the pricing was behind it?
