What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

What I like most about SAP CPQ is how it makes the quoting process easier to manage. Keeping product configuration and pricing in one place helps our team put together quotes more consistently, and it reduces the time we spend manually double-checking details. What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The learning curve is probably my biggest frustration. Some screens take time to get used to, and making changes to a quote isn’t always as straightforward as I’d expect. I’d also like the tool to feel faster when I’m working through more complex configurations. Better in-app guidance would make onboarding and day-to-day use easier. What problems is SAP CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP CPQ helps us build quotes with the correct product options and pricing without needing to double-check everything manually. This saves time when a quote changes and lowers the risk of sending inconsistent information to a customer.
