"Not easy to use"

What do you like best about SAP Concur?

I like the fact that I don't need to complete an expense report for reimbursement using SAP Concur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

I hate the interface, especially after being so accustomed to software like Kayak, which is my favorite to choose the best itinerary, preferred airlines, and cost. There are so many things to juggle with work travel, and the interface needs to be nimble and easy to use. I have stopped using Concur and now opt to buy on Kayak and request the expense reimbursement, as cumbersome as it is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP Concur:

It is not the best, but it is somewhat useful. It's not like Kayak at all, and it would be great to be more like Kayak or other user-friendly travel software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefit is on the admin side where our accounting teams can more easily track expenditures. The huge drawback is how clunky it is with the user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
