I like how easy it is to set limits and for employees to submit expenses through their phone. It's very easy to use. I also appreciate the smart scanning tool on receipts, which scans amounts correctly and allows us to enforce spending rules effectively. The integration with our ERP system is great because it connects smoothly and allows data to flow easily, making reimbursement seamless for employees who spent their own money. The platform being time-saving, having control, audit capabilities, travel booking, and invoice processing all in one, and the ability to reconcile credit card statements efficiently are big reasons we switched to SAP Concur.
