What I like most about SAP Commerce Cloud is its flexibility and the range of features it offers. It makes it easier to manage products, pricing, promotions and other e-commerce activities in one platform. I also like that it can integrate with other business systems, which is useful for keeping processes connected and managing more complex requirements. Once you get familiar with how it works, it provides a good level of control over the overall online shopping experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I dislike about SAP Commerce Cloud is that it isn’t always the easiest platform to use. The interface can feel quite complicated, and some tasks take more steps than necessary. It also takes time to learn where everything is and how the different features work. Making changes or troubleshooting issues can sometimes require technical knowledge, which can slow things down. Overall, the platform has plenty of useful features, but I think the user experience could be more straightforward and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
