What do you like best about SAP Business Technology Platform?

I like SAP Business Technology Platform's strong integration capabilities for connecting SAP and non-SAP applications. Its built-in tools for workflow automation and business process optimization are also great. The integration capabilities are valuable because they allow me to connect SAP applications with other business systems without building and maintaining extensive custom interfaces. I've used its workflow automation and process optimization features to reduce manual tasks and improve business process efficiency. What do you dislike about SAP Business Technology Platform?

They can improve in the area of ease of learning and administration. Sometimes for new users, it takes time to understand the different services and available configurations. Administration can be simplified through more centralized management system tools and more role-based learning paths and practical examples for common implementation scenarios.
