What do you like best about SAP Business One?

What do you dislike about SAP Business One?

Performance issues some or the other day due to increase in users/as data volume increases,integartion issues with non-sap systems is challenging,implementation is complex and time consuming,regular updates/upgrades can be disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Business One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sap solves manual processes by faciltating automation like invoicing,order processing etc.Sap solves inventory management issues helping us to maintain optimum stock levels,reduce carrying costs and keep an eye on non-moving stock,avoid stock out and overstock issues.Sap helps in tracing finance operations such as accounts payable,accounts receivable.Sap helps to manage customer intercations,retention and satisfaction by enabling CRM functions.
