I like how the BDC is designed - everything in one network (SAC, Datasphere, Databricks). The seamless integration helps to use AI in real-time and create analyses & forecasts. I appreciate that the SAC can now be migrated to new tenants with a click. We always sell the BDC whenever possible and use it ourselves often; it is easy to implement and user-friendly. I don't like that the BDC is not a new product but was marketed as such. Initially, it was difficult to explain to customers what the BDC is. Customer support leaves much to be desired depending on the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
