The platform is pretty easy to use and I am able invoice payments, create requisitions, and view all my past activity quite easily. SAP Ariba has never had any technical glitches when it has come to generating payments. SAP Ariba also has powerful reporting capabilities and this is great when it comes to doing analysis on specific purchases, or looking up how much has been spent on PO's Just for example, I have used Ariba to create about 85 requisitions in the past six months, and I have never had an issue with a requisition not going through. Ariba sends automated emails on when a requisition is fully approved and lets me know what the PO number is, and I then pass this information on to our suppliers who we are purchasing the equipment from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Ariba? Unable to open it on multiple windows, huge hindrance to being able to multi task. I am also unable to send a direct link of a requisition to my employees. They need to manually search for a requisition in SAP Ariba. Also, Ariba can time out soon and when I need to open it again, it gives me an error, so I have to restart my browser. These issues get a bit frustrating and can cause delays in setting up requisitions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
