My team uses SAP Ariba to improve our end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, and it always does the job. The system solves common workflow problems, like automatic invoice processing and creating purchase orders. It's brought in a unified supply chain strategy and improved spend visibility, which is great (no one wants that headache anyway), meaning our procurement and finance team can handle supplier management much better. This focus as a procurement center is a big success. You can save on inefficiencies by visualizing workflow and automating tasks in the organization. But one of the perks for suppliers of online tracking of invoices and payments is less calls to the help desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first few times we tried it, we had to learn how to do it, and it took us about six months to work out how to deal with supplier-side network friction and integration middle-ware. But after putting in the time to optimize the SAP Integration Suite, we adapted. This first hurdle isn't ideal, but we've got it out of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
