What do you like best about SaneBox?

I've tried several email management tools over the years, but SaneBox is one of the few that has actually changed my workflow for the better. It keeps my inbox organized without requiring constant maintenance and accurately sorts messages according to the rules and training I've provided. What do you dislike about SaneBox?

I haven't encountered any major drawbacks with SaneBox. Like any intelligent email-filtering tool, it has a brief learning period at the beginning as it adapts to your preferences, but once trained, it works very well.
