It provides clear frameworks that are easy to apply immediately, especially in customer conversations, qualification, and coaching. This makes it much easier for sales leaders to turn concepts into consistent behaviors. I particularly value the combination of their broad offering with continuous support and active follow-up with us to make sure we get most out of our chosen program. Sandler’s methodologies and terminology are somewhat unique. While valuable, it could be beneficial, especially for participants new to Sandler or in shorter programs to occasionally reflect these alongside more widely known frameworks, such as the GROW model in coaching, to support faster adoption. One area where Sandler could be further strengthened is in tailoring the content even more to company-specific business contexts and examples. While the frameworks are very strong, linking them more directly to our real customer situations could increase relevance and impact further.
