What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sandler provided us with a diagnostic framework to pinpoint where reps' actions actually break down, e.g. shallow discovery, weak upfront contracts, happy ears. With this, I can target enablement at the root behavior instead of the symptom.
