What do you like best about Sanas?

We have integrated Sanas Accent Translation across client programs for over a year, it is now a core component of our voice operations in India and the Philippines. Over a year of continuous use has allowed us to build efficient rollout practices for new clients, backed by responsive technical and architectural support from the Sanas team. What do you dislike about Sanas?

A lot of our onsite teammates hot-seat on shared machines, so we had to plan whether to enable it by user, seat or floor. The Sanas team walked through a few options with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sanas solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an outsourcing partner, we are measured on the experience of both our teammates and our clients' customers, and that is how we judge any tool before we put on the floor. If something does not work in a live environment, we are accountable for it. Sanas accent translation has reliably supported our offshore voice programs. Usage follows our client volumes, with a few peak months each year. We are now looking at Language Translation, Speech Enhancement and Speech Intelligence for more programs.
