What do you like best about Sanas?

We could test Sanas properly without disrupting the floor. Our IT team installed it on about 50 collector systems over a weekend, and we were working with it fully from the Monday. I split the team into two groups with similar skill sets, one on Sanas and one off, so the comparison stays fair. The Sanas team joins our weekly reviews and asks us to raise anything right away. What do you dislike about Sanas?

Most of our calls get handed off to a supervisor for a second voice, so the collector turns Sanas off when the supervisor takes the headset. We’ve simply built that step into our handoff routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sanas solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work medical debt collections, and our transfer agents need to get past the gatekeeper and reach the right party so a supervisor can take the call to conversion. If the consumer has to strain to follow the agent, that first part of the call gets harder. In our first week, the Sanas group came in at 11.56 percent promise to pay against 8.9 percent in the comparison, and contact rates were slightly better too. It is early, so we are tracking more weeks of data before drawing conclusions, but the direction is encouraging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
