What do you like best about Samsara?

What I like most about Samsara is having everything in one place. The visibility it gives us across a large fleet is excellent, particularly around driver safety, vehicle tracking and reporting. We've been able to identify trends, address risky driving behaviours and make measurable improvements in a relatively short period of time. What do you dislike about Samsara?

Samsara offers such a wide range of features and capabilities that it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, particularly when trying to make the most of everything available. That's not necessarily a negative, as it highlights just how much the platform can offer. I think more guidance around getting the best out of certain features, along with clearer recommendations based on business needs, would be really beneficial. What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Samsara has helped us take a much more proactive approach to fleet management, particularly around driver safety, vehicle visibility and operational efficiency. Rather than reacting to incidents, we can now identify risky driving behaviours early, provide targeted coaching and prevent issues before they escalate. We've seen significant reductions in collisions, mobile phone use, seatbelt violations and distracted driving, even as our fleet mileage has increased. Having access to reliable, real-time data also makes it much easier to identify trends, demonstrate improvements and make informed decisions.
