What do you like best about Samsara?

What I like most about Samsara is that everything is in one place. The GPS tracking is very useful, and I appreciate being able to check vehicle locations, driver activity, and alerts all in the same system instead of switching between different tools. It saves me quite a bit of time and makes day-to-day fleet management much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

The main thing I’d dislike is that there can be quite a lot of information on the screen, so it takes a little time to get used to where everything is. Some settings and reports could also be a bit easier to customize. It’s not a major issue once you get familiar with the software, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Samsara mainly solves the problem of managing vehicles, drivers, and fleet operations from different places. It gives us a better view of where vehicles are, how they’re being driven, and whether there are any issues that need attention. The GPS tracking, alerts, vehicle diagnostics, and driver information are especially helpful. It saves time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to respond quickly when something goes wrong.
