What I’ve found most useful with Samsara is having the tracking information available when I need it. I can look at vehicle locations and activity directly instead of relying entirely on manual communication. For a small business like My Small Space, that visibility is useful because I don’t have someone dedicated to watching the fleet all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re still in the process of getting everything fully established, so I wouldn’t describe the project as finished yet. There have been moments where I’ve had to revisit the setup and work out which information is actually relevant to our day-to-day operation. That’s probably the main learning curve so far.
