One thing I can honestly state that is extremely annoying is the constant need to verify my log in on my phone as an administrator. Only takes a little bit longer but in the beginning I could log in and stay logged in no matter what. I think it was a security improvement from them but I don’t like it, just a bit annoying. Secondly, often drivers log out at the end of the day and drive home in personal vehicles and the app logs them back in and they don’t notice and then we have to correct their log. Sometimes drivers switch trucks and either forget to log off the truck or maybe not log in but the system will record drives as the previous driver. The system should match the phone app with the truck gateway with all the smart tech exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
