Update: I have learned a new feature which helps me immensely when scheduling calls. It is the WEATHER TRACKING! I even use it for my personal planning of events. I really like using it when I am on call after hours. I can look at only the techs on call and not all of the techs in our company. I like the tracking and history. TODAY, we got a call that one of our techs was in an accident and we were able to identify the tech and get to him quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
