What do you like best about Sample Master LIMS?

The sample schedule and Task Manager save our laboratory a lot of time. The master query allow for easy data access for Operational and Engineering Staff of our facility in case there is a brake down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sample Master LIMS?

The backlog report, don't provide a lot of information. In terms of determining in real time which specific samples had tests that were pending I had to create a custom report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sample Master LIMS:

Overall the program has performed well in our facility and has been user friendly. It is the best tool for diagnostic laboratory both small and large scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sample Master LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Sample Master software has enabled our laboratory to generate reports that fit each customer and to complete our reports more efficiently.
