What do you like best about Samaaro?

Working with Rinku and Nandhita has been such a pleasure! They genuinely listen to our pain points, take the time to understand our needs, and consistently turn our feedback into effective solutions. What I appreciate most is how proactive they are. They don't just address the concerns we bring to them; they also come to the table with thoughtful ideas and suggestions that improve our processes in ways we may not have considered. What do you dislike about Samaaro?

I don't have any real dislikes! Like any platform, occasional issues or functionality challenges can arise, but the Samaaro team is always incredibly responsive and quick to resolve them. What problems is Samaaro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Samaaro has helped us streamline our event management processes and improve how we engage with attendees and sponsors. One of the biggest improvements has been the development of a customized sponsor meeting module, which will allow us to better track sponsor engagement, identify trends, and understand what drives successful connections.

A challenge we've consistently faced is helping sponsors effectively connect with the leads we provide following our events. The new module is designed to bridge that gap by facilitating introductions and making it easier for sponsors to turn those connections into meaningful conversations.
