As with any core digital platform for an ecomm stack, it requires investment in organizing around and adoption or outsourced managed services for it.. however I believe, the results justify the efort for positive return if they fully unlock the platform's potentia **What problems is Salsify PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Businesses with fully scaled implementations of Salsify sell more products, convert more customers, and build more loyalty with consumers whose purchasing expectations are fulfilled through up-to-date, content-rich, and channel-consistent product experiences over fragmented product experiences' where data is siloed and inconsistent across different channels. This includes 2D and 3D imagery, ingredients, package dimensions, etc. etc. - very helpful to make our website a great experience for our own customers. **What do you dislike about Salsify PXM?** Dislike is a strong word, but it's worth noting there's a bit of a learning curve, particularly in regards to formulas and import formats. **What problems is Salsify PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salsify helps us enrich our product data from our ERP platform en route to our e-commerce site. We can pass in to Salsify our inventory items and it will match a wide range of data with it, adding lots of extra product information that we can display and use. ### 7. Creating and downloading reports as well as making item lists is easy. I can get digital assets in a variety of bucket ways, and send content downstream to my final endpoint pretty straightforward as well. **What do you dislike about Salsify PXM?** Sometimes when importing files or uploading data, the system is slow or lagging because there are a number of other imports queued ahead of you. Also the maintenance times are not always the best time for me to get in there and do what I need to do because the entire website goes down for those updates. **What problems is Salsify PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Salsify because our major client recommends it to house their products in one centralized place. It can publish to many different touchpoints by creating a wide array of channels.
