The structure of the application and the customer interface are very clear, well-organized, and logically constructed. I particularly like the integration into various applications – in my case, into the "Google world" and PipeDrive. Overall, I have the impression that the technology is very well thought out and competently implemented. If there are any problems, they are addressed very quickly and appropriately corrected.

The transcription also seems to work very well: I was often amazed at what – and especially at what quality – accurate summaries were created from recordings I "only" uploaded.

Particularly important to me is the 100% GDPR compliance. And not like others with the motto "the servers are located in Europe," while disregarding the CLOUD Act of the USA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionally, I can't think of anything at the moment. Suggestions are also immediately accepted. One thing that bothers me is that after the license or subscription expires, all data is gone or no longer accessible. I don't think that's right. At the very least, there should be a way to secure, transfer, or otherwise keep one's (actually own) data accessible. Another thing, price-wise, Sally is more at the upper end of the market.
