Sallie Mae made the application process easy and fairly transparent. I like how their UI is modern and mostly simple compared to other provider platforms, and I have worked with their customer support team a few times and had a pleasant experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that SallieMae doesn't notify me of interest rate increases, and if I were a younger user looking into lending for the first time, I would be highly encouraged by a loan provider that encouraged manageable and healthy debt.
