The automated alerts help us keep track of pending follow-ups, which is crucial when organizing a tour. These task notifications prevent missed outreach and streamline booking tracking for our Harmony Creative Studios team, especially since we don't have a dedicated IT staff. SalezShark handles our core CRM tasks well, but its file attachment limits and custom dashboard options are restrictive. When storing artist contracts and venue rider documents for an indie tour, we sometimes hit file size caps and have to host files externally.
