What do you like best about SalesTown CRM?

There are various things which i like about SalesTown

The best thing is customer support they have good customer support who works around the clock to solve every queries

The other best thing Sales town is great platform other than that this is having various other featues of marketing also like tips to promote your brand , customisable templates and many other things

Easy to use

Implementation is very easy no need of any 3rd party vendor just enquired on thier site they reach out to you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesTown CRM?

Integration is the part where i think they have to work on , As a enterprise we need other software which we can integrate with sales town also but some of the platoform it does not support so the one thing on which they have to work is on integration part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesTown CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a healthcare company we have around 2000 sales person all over the country it is very difficult to track and analyse there performance , in that case the platforms like salestown is very useful , with this for every sales person we have we are getting there everyday work related data using that we can track there work analyse thier work and plan accordingly to grow our organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
