What do you like best about SalesTown CRM?

There are various things which I like about SalesTown. The best thing is customer support; they have good customer support who works around the clock to solve every query. The other best thing is that SalesTown is a great platform. Other than that, it has various other features of marketing, like tips to promote your brand, customizable templates, and many other things. Easy to use. What do you dislike about SalesTown CRM?

Integration is the part where I think they have to work on. As an enterprise, we need other software that we can integrate with SalesTown, but some platforms do not support it, so the one thing they have to work on is the integration part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesTown CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a healthcare company, we have around 2000 salespeople all over the country. It is very difficult to track and analyze their performance. In that case, platforms like SalesTown are very useful. With this, for every salesperson we have, we are getting their everyday work-related data, using which we can track their work, analyze their work, and plan accordingly to grow our organization.
