The ICP profiling was by far the most useful part for me. Instead of starting from a vague gut feeling about who we sell to, I got to a clear, actionable customer profile fast, which is exactly the kind of clarity you need before pouring budget into outreach. It structured my thinking rather than just handing me a nice-looking table. Onboarding was simple, and the tool genuinely feels like it thinks the way a salesperson does, not like a generic CRM. The UX is the one thing I would push on. It is fine overall, but some of the modules feel more convoluted than they need to be, and I leaned on their support to really get the flow. Once you understand the logic it clicks, but a first time user will likely need a hand getting there. A more guided onboarding would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
