"Effortless Customer Communication with Salesmsg"

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I find Salesmsg incredibly useful for quick and easy communication, allowing me to answer customer questions with ease without needing to place a phone call or email. It's a simple and easy-to-use tool that integrates seamlessly into my daily duties. I appreciate how it's relatively lightweight and doesn't use much computing resources. The notification sounds and emails come through promptly. The setup was zero headache and it's very easy to log in anywhere, plus I can use the app on my mobile device when I'm out of the office. It does exactly what is advertised, and I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I wouldn't mind a dark mode to reduce my eye strain as I am looking at screens all day long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?
