It cuts down the time on customizing outreach and follow-ups and helps in finding the right people. Some parts of SalesMind Ai didn't work as expected for me. I couldn't download people from groups as promised, which was a letdown. Also, there was an issue with pasting a company link if it included dashes, as it just got cut off at that stage. These glitches made it a bit frustrating to use those features.
