What do you like best about SaleSmartly?

Based on my initial testing, SaleSmartly is designed to address customer conversations spread across different channels and repetitive support tasks. Its unified inbox, AI-assisted replies, and workflow tools could help teams organize conversations and handle routine questions more efficiently.
