What I really like about SaleSmartly is the ability to integrate various different tools, such as Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp, into a single platform. This greatly facilitates the coordination of various things at the same time and condenses sales and customer contacts into one place, which is very useful for small teams. Additionally, SaleSmartly can bring all conversations and the history of each customer into one box, allowing the context to travel with the person, which is especially valuable for small networks that make sales through social media. I also appreciate that the AI agent absorbs repetitive questions, saving time, and the effective handover of conversations from the agent to humans, which many tools fail to do. Yes, the platform's localization is inconsistent. Some parts of the configuration came in Chinese by default, including the Chat Widget, and I had to hunt for the language setting first. The AI agent's documentation is spread across 2 sites, and one of them is only in Chinese. Additionally, the free plan is also narrower than the pricing page suggests, because 1 channel with 1 cap of active contacts per month and the branding remains on the Widget, which for those who need to truly evaluate, the promise of multichannel requires a paid plan. And multichannel is the most important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
