What do you like best about Salesgroup AI Chatbot?

The chatbot is like having a 24/7 travel agent on our website. It helps travelers choose destinations, compare package prices, and book instantly. What do you dislike about Salesgroup AI Chatbot?

The multilingual support is decent but since we save a lot of Asian tourists, i wish there were more advanced translations for those languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesgroup AI Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to lose potential clients because they didn't want to wait for an email reply. Now the chatbot gives them instant answers and booking options which means we close more sales faster.
