What do you like best about Salesgroup AI Chatbot?

What i appreciate most is that parents and students no longer have to wait until office hours for answers. The chatbot covers everything from enrollment steps to event details and even exam schedules. It makes us look professional and responsive, even in the middle of the night. What do you dislike about Salesgroup AI Chatbot?

School schedules can change quickly, and sometimes the bot doesn't keep up unless we update it manually. That's the only limitation I've noticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesgroup AI Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, our admin team was drowning in repetitive questions everyday. Now, the chatbot takes care of the bulk of them, freeing up my staff to focus on more important tasks like student support.
