What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

As my comp plan has evolved and become more complex, the transparency that Spiff brings has been invaluable. I review it weekly to ensure all commissions are accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

I've frequently had trouble with their mobile app. So much so that I've stopped even trying to open the app because it always fails.. Would love for them to fix it so I could easily check things on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Spiff:

spiff is a very good solution for allowing reps to visualize what their compensation over time looks like. Reps will spend time doing this either way - if you can make it extremely simple like Spiff does, your reps will spend a lot more time selling and less time checking commissions. What problems is Salesforce Spiff solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast growing sales orgs make changes to commission structures often. Worrying about commissions structures takes sellers away from selling. Spiff brings the two together and provides transparency to the commissions process and saves reps time from having to comb through Salesforce to understand their commissions. They're going to spend hours doing it anyways because they that's how they pay their mortgage. Being able to see everything in a dashboard and have the confidence that things even just "look right" allows me to spend less time worrying (common in sales) and more time selling and being productive.
