What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

Being able to track commissions in real time and contact the appropriate people with any discrepancies is so much better than waiting for the check to come and deal with it after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

Nothing that I really dislike so far. I have now used it for almost a year and I love being able to see where I am at for the month and keep a running total on my commissions. This is an additional motivator for me and always gets me excited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Spiff:

If you are considering spiff but are on the fence I would take the plunge. It is a slick tool and not only will this tool provide clarity into commissions (including potential issues or discrepancies) but it also is an intuitive way for reps to track their progress and keep an eye on the prize, so to speak. What problems is Salesforce Spiff solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to ensure the correct commissions/bonus amounts before I get paid saves me time and makes sure I get paid what I have earned on time. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to have more control around fixing any issues that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
