What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

We were able to customize the tool in order to meet our existing and standard work flows and make modifications on a variety of tickets in order to customize workflow. We were also able to connect it to our invoicing and CRM tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

There was a steep learning curve and the reporting function was not intuitive. However, once trained, it becomes easier to manipulate the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Platform:

Speak with a Salesforce Admin to understand the capabilities of the product when evaluating to ensure you are using all the various tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved a ticketing systems between various divisions using either proprietary or other solutions that were outdated or unworkable. We were able to standardize workflows across offices, allowing us to shift resources between offices to accommodate work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
