What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce supports multiple clouds for different kinds of businesses, such as Sales, Service, Health, Commerce Cloud, and many more. Agentforce is a new feature in Salesforce that uses AI to help improve productivity. You can learn about it on Trailhead which provides learning modules.

Salesforce has also launched a new Trailhead module called Agentforce Legend. Completing these modules can give you more insight into how Agentforce works, and you can also win prizes by completing the Trailhead quest. Overall, learning on Trailhead is fun.It is UI is interactive and user friendly.

It comes with different pricing. User have to buy licenses to use it.It is quite expensiv e.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce is very broad, and I learn something new every year. The more you learn, the more you realize how much there still is to learn. The topics never end. Additionally, it should add more Superbadges related to Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Agentforce, because that would help strengthen these concepts and make it easier to solve real-life business problems. Earlier, Organisations often kept customer information in different systems-such as spreadsheets, emails, or separate applications -which made it difficult for teams to collaborate and deliver consistent service. Salesforce provides a single cloud platform where sales, service, marketing, and other teams can access the same customer information in one place. It also helps automate business processes, making day-to-day work more streamlined. Overall, it supports businesses in tracking existing and potential leads and, in turn, improving profitability.
