"Streamlined Order Visibility and Productivity with Salesforce Order Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

What I like best about Salesforce Order Management is the visibility and structure it provides across the order process. Having order information, status, and related activities in one place makes it easier to review orders, identify issues, and manage the overall process. The UI becomes easier to navigate with regular use, and the integration capabilities are valuable when order information needs to move across different business systems.

Performance and automation help reduce manual effort and make day-to-day order processing more efficient. From an ROI perspective, the biggest value comes from improved productivity, better process consistency, and having a centralized source for order-related information.

The platform also offers strong configuration capabilities, although some initial learning and onboarding are needed to understand the processes and functionality. I also see significant potential in Salesforce's AI and intelligent automation capabilities to further improve how users find information, identify issues, and make order-management processes more efficient. What do you dislike about Salesforce Order Management?

The main downside for me is that Salesforce Order Management can become complex when there are multiple processes, integrations, and customizations involved. New users may need additional onboarding to understand how different order fields, statuses, and workflows relate to each other.

Troubleshooting can also take time when an issue involves multiple systems or customized processes. I would like to see continued improvements in performance, simpler troubleshooting, and more AI-assisted guidance that helps users quickly understand order issues and possible next steps. From an ROI perspective, the value is strong when the platform is well configured and widely used, but cost and complexity are still important considerations.
