What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

Overall, Salesforce Order Management has a clean UI/UX which makes it easy for me as QA to refer to property details updated by CSM, check SFDC details and status like Live or Cancelled for venue creation in our hospitality product; its integrations are seamless as we take all required property info from Salesforce to create venues in our platform, performance is fast and reliable even with many records with real-time status notifications, the pricing gives good ROI by centralizing data and saving coordination time, support and onboarding was smooth with clear training from CSM and Salesforce docs, and its intelligence in organizing data and alerting on status changes helps us avoid errors and speed up go-live. What do you dislike about Salesforce Order Management?

What I dislike is that sometimes the property details updated by CSM have mandatory fields missing or status not updated on time to Live/Cancelled, so I have to follow up manually before creating the venue in our product. Also, the search and filters can be a bit slow when there are many duplicate or old property records, and getting the exact SFDC details needs too many clicks for QA.
