What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

It provides users with more interactive and powerful Email marketing tool / platform where they can create personalised or meaningful creative designs as per their business and sends to customers.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Initially It would feel difficult for new users to understand the UI and how to take up the their work.

It requires full set of training before anyone can use it.
